The Fluoride Action Network, an international coalition of 1,991 dentists, environmentalists, scientists and doctors, seeking to broaden public awareness to abolish fluoride in the public drinking water supply. In May of 2004, FAN became an official project of the American Environmental Health Studies Project (AEHSP) - a registered non-profit (501c3) organization.

The Victorian Fluoride Action Group and Warrnambool Fluoride Action Group The Victorian Fluoride Action Group was formed in January 2008 at a meeting of the residents of several rural and regional Towns and Cities to provide a united front to fight against the Government's intention to forcibly introduce Fluoride into their water supplies. Although several areas, including Ballarat, Castlemaine, Daylesford, Geelong, Hamilton, Mildura and Warrnambool have been very strong in their opposition to Fluoride, they had each been acting on their own. QWARF members are from all walks of life and professions, many are from the health and healing professions, including medical, and pharmaceutical. They have supporters from the Dental profession. When faced with information from government agencies that misleadingly portrays water fluoridation as being safe for all citizens while governments deny it is mass medication, they formed Qwarf to research all issues related to water fluoridation and to help relate these issues to the public and to all levels of government. http://www.qawf.org/
